Oliver Mueller-Kaenel (Dr. oec. HSG), studied at the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland) and Cornell University (NY). He holds a Ph.D. in Banking and Corporate Finance from the University of St.Gallen and wrote a doctoral thesis on Mezzanine Finance in Europe and Switzerland. During his doctoral thesis he worked for the Swiss Multinationals Department of UBS' corporate clients division and subsequently as an Alternative Risk Transfer Underwriter in the Corporate Division of the Zurich Financial Services Group. Currently, he is appointed to build-up a Swiss finance branch for an international real estate developer.
